This spacious 150m2 apartment offers modern amenities including Wi-Fi, TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washing/drying machine, ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay. Explore Jerusalem's rich history and vibrant culture right at your doorstep.
The Space:
Step into the inviting living room, featuring a comfortable corner sofa and a plasma screen for your entertainment. The luxurious, fully equipped kitchen boasts a fridge, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, and a full set of crockery. Enjoy magnificent views of Jerusalem in the dining room, which comfortably seats 9-10 people. The master suite offers a double Queen size bed, a large plasma TV, and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. Bedroom 2 features a double bed with a pull-out bed that can be configured as another double bed or two single beds. Bedroom 3 mirrors this layout, also with a double bed and a pull-out bed adaptable to a double or two single beds. A laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. The apartment is climate-controlled with AC and central heating, and features double glazing in the living room and bedrooms. Electric curtains in the living room add to the ambiance. A cot is available upon request. You'll find provided linen, towels, and soap, along with WIFI and TV access. The building includes three elevators, one of which is designated for Shabbat use.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire apartment during their stay. This includes the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living areas. Additionally, guests have access to an underground parking space within the building, and an elevator provides direct access to the apartment.
The Neighborhood:
Central two bedroom apartment located in a brand new luxurious building. The rooms are full of light opening on the city center, famous HadavidKa place.
The bathroom is new and fresh. You could enjoy from the nice places in the surroundings such as Mahane Yehuda and small streets of Nahlaot, Yafo and Ben Yehuda streets, Mamila etc
Getting Around:
The apartment is located just down to the tram station "Hadavidka Square" which takes you in 7 minutes to the bus station or in other neighborhoods or sites of Jerusalem as Yad Vashem ex ..
