The Space:
The cosy lounge area flows seamlessly onto a private balcony overlooking Musgrave Park with the City in the backdrop, creating the perfect space to unwind after a long day. The kitchenette, equipped with a two-burner electric cooktop, is perfect for simple meal preparation.
Boasting a spacious bedroom complete with built-in wardrobes and air conditioning for year-round comfort, this apartment is ideal for professionals or students alike. A second balcony off the bedroom overlooks the swimming pool and ensures a refreshing cross-breeze throughout the unit.
With secure parking within the communal lot, you'll have access to off street parking, however while these are not allocated, there is enough for one per unit. Enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of South Brisbane with an array of restaurants, cafes, and entertainment options just moments away.
