The Star Casino is just a ten-minute walk away, offering world-class dining, entertainment and nightlife, while the Convention Centre sits next door—ideal for business trips. The Oasis Shopping Centre is a six-minute stroll, perfect for boutique finds and casual bites, while Pacific Fair—home to premium retail, dining and cinemas—is a six-minute drive. Kurrawa Beach and its iconic Surf Club are a short 500 m walk, ideal for swimming or seaside dining. The area also hosts vibrant events year-round, from the Blues on Broadbeach and Groundwater festivals to Christmas celebrations. Two nearby G: link light rail stations connect you quickly to Surfers Paradise and Southport.

Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

Please note, the building front door closes strictly at 9pm. For check-ins after 9pm, a scheduled meet and greet is required at an additional cost of $65 (available until midnight). Unfortunately, no check-ins are available past midnight.

We have provided enough amenities for your comfort on arrival. For extended stays, it is best to stock up with extra provisions.

Travel cot and high chair may be available at an added cost. Please ensure to book these items a minimum of 3 days prior to check in to assure availability.

Long-term stays of 21 days or more will incur an additional deep cleaning fee of $120 as we are required to deep clean after such stays.

Swimming pools and other communal facilities may occasionally close without prior notice when unexpected maintenance works are required.
