We really enjoyed our stay at Shilene’s place in Orlando. The condos were spacious and comfortable. The resort has numerous pools, restaurant options, and amenities. The location was convenient to the convention center and other dining options, activities. We had a great experience for the money.

The host was very helpful and communicated well. We had an issue checking in. We didn't get there until late night and were told that the mortgage had not been paid. They let us stay the first night, and told us to contact the owners before we could stay the rest of our week. I was able to get in contact with the host the next morning. She took care of the issue immediately. We thought our rooms would be together, one was in a different buildings. The room in a different building ended up having a huge ant problem-IN the master bed. The resort came at 11:00 at night to spray. We asked for new sheets. No sheets. We slept in the other room that night. They said they would spray again the next morning and bring clean sheets. We got back late the next night, neither had been done. We ordered ant spray from Walmart, just wanting to go to bed. It was delivered to front desk instead of our room. So we walked to front desk, wait in line for 30 minutes... they ended up getting us a new room. So after midnight we packed our belongings and moved our items to another building/room. Once we got to the new room and pulled the sheets back to finally get to bed... the sheets were dirty!!! There was blood on several places and smudges. The sheets had not been changed. Waited for about 30 minutes for new sheets. Room was great after that. The other rooms we rented were clean and worked out perfectly. The facility is nice. The area is beautiful and easy to get around where we needed to go.

Would you happen to have any photos of the ants, the dirty sheets, or the blood stains? If you do, could you please send them to me? I intend to file a formal complaint with the resort management company regarding these unacceptable conditions, and any photos or documentation you can provide would be extremely helpful in supporting my complaint.
