Villa 116 will impress from the moment you enter and have you regret not staying longer. This split level, fully renovated, 2-bedroom villa is in prime position within the Mirage Resort. Stylish and contemporary, it is on the north side of the grounds, close to the resort’s facilities and the iconic Four Mile beach. The open plan layout, complimented by vaulted ceilings, invites natural light. The rooms are generous, instilling a feeling of openness and space.
Combining modern design with elegance, the fully equipped kitchen comes with stone bench tops, provides ample room for prep work, and offers an interactive space for guests. The dining room leads through to a large sunk-in lounging area, via a few steps down. Glass sliding doors open out onto an entertaining veranda for further enjoyment. Finished with sandstone pavers and comfortable outdoor furniture, it is a great space to relax and soak up the tropical surrounds.
The master bedroom is upstairs, with an ensuite and private balcony and the second bedroom on the ground floor, with built-in robes and a small courtyard. The main bathroom downstairs has two-way access, also serving as a second ensuite for this bedroom. Both bedrooms are finished beautifully with plantation shutters, complimenting the décor, and adding privacy. Laundry facilities with washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
Ducted air conditioning throughout, ceiling fans in both bedrooms and screened doors, completes this villa perfectly with comfort being key.
