Villa 122 is close to the resort’s central facilities and only a short stroll to the iconic Four Mile Beach. This 3-bedroom villa is in excellent condition throughout, having recently been enhanced with new furnishings and roller blinds, it presents beautifully and will not disappoint.
Backing onto the 5th Fairway, the verandah offers a great entertaining space. Fringed with tropical foliage, it’s the ideal spot to start your day with a coffee, relax whilst reading a book or enjoy evening drinks.
Offering 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the master is fitted out with its own ensuite and private balcony, whilst the second and third bedrooms downstairs have built-in wardrobes and share the main bathroom. Separate laundry facilities with washer and dryer are available, for added convenience.
The kitchen has been renovated, is fully equipped and leads into the generous dining and living area. Being split level these rooms are separated by a few steps down. Timeless in design, this villa boasts open plan living. Soaring ceilings & walls of glass, paneled sliding doors, encourage light flow and seamlessly blend indoors with outside. Being the corner villa in a block of four, its orientation offers added privacy in a most sought-after location.
