This elegantly designed, 2-bedroom condominium is on the south side of the resort grounds and overlooks the 4th Fairway of the Mirage Golf course. Surrounded by tropical landscaping, the entrance is accessed via a wooden boardwalk from the private carport and conveyances a rainforest feel.
You will love the open plan layout and contemporary design. Boasting vaulted ceilings and ducted air conditioning throughout, with fans in both bedrooms and screened doors, it is comfortable and makes for an enjoyable stay.
The kitchen is well-equipped and finished with marble benchtops, perfect for in-house catering, should you choose to dine in. Beyond this is a spacious dining area, leading down to a sunk-in lounge room, which is accessed by a few steps. Glass sliding doors open to an entertaining veranda, finished with sandstone pavers it extends the entertaining space, offering shade year-round. This is the perfect place to relax and soak up the tropical surrounds.
The master bedroom is upstairs, with ensuite and private balcony, whilst the second bedroom on the ground floor is generous and has built-in robes and a private courtyard. It shares the main bathroom. Laundry facilities with washer and dryer are also available. With so much on offer, you cannot go past Villa 420, it is like a home away from home!
