Located on the south side of the iconic Mirage Resort, this beautifully presented 2-story condominium is in a private block of four villas. Access to the front door is gained via a timber boardwalk from the private carport. Surrounded by tropical gardens, it is well positioned, overlooking the 4th fairway and only a 200mt leisurely stroll to the sandy shores of the iconic Four Mile Beach and central Hotel facilities.
With Four generous sized bedrooms and three bathrooms on offer, it is sufficiently equipped for larger families and groups. The Master and second bedroom upstairs, both come with private ensuites, whilst the remaining two bedrooms located downstairs, share the main bathroom. Laundry facilities are available for your convenience.
Stylishly furnished with natural light throughout, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the main living area offers a split- level, open plan. The dining area leads into the lounge room, via a few steps down and provides two separate living areas for relaxation. The recent addition of an undercover, wrap around patio, extends the living space for maximum outdoor enjoyment and is perfect for entertaining. Designed to impress with its size and openness, Villa 424 will not disappoint.
