Ideally located within the iconic Mirage Resort, this East facing, 3 bedroom villa, offers uninterrupted views across tropically landscaped gardens and the golf course. The famous Four Mile Beach is just a short stroll across the fairway and the privacy of the pool area, shared by only a selected number of villas within Avenue of Palms, is meters from the front door.
The master bedroom, with private balcony and ensuite, is on the upper level, whilst downstairs offers two more bedrooms. Both generous in size with built in robes, they share the main bathroom, where laundry facilities are housed, complete with washer & dryer for added convenience.
Being split level, the living and outdoor entertainment space is accessed via a few steps down from the dining room. The alfresco area is perfect for your entertainment needs, allowing you to soak up the atmosphere and tropical vibe. Ceiling to floor windows and glass paneled sliding doors wrap around the living area, inviting light and providing beautiful views to the gardens, which fringe the property perfectly. The kitchen is fully equipped, making self-catering easy for families, giving you the option to dine in with ease, if you choose.
