◆ Our facility offers a special experience—a brand-new, fully private house, ideal for groups and large families. With modern amenities and a clean, luxurious environment, it provides the perfect setting for a comfortable and indulgent stay.

The property includes four private bedrooms, and features two kitchens, two bathrooms, two toilets, and two washer-dryers, ensuring a pleasant and convenient experience for families and groups. Bathrooms come equipped with a bathtub and shower, and all toilets include Japanese-style bidet functions (washlets).
Each room is fitted with air conditioning, allowing guests to stay comfortable year-round.

Entertainment is also well provided for, with 55-inch and 43-inch TVs offering access to Amazon Prime Video, YouTube, Netflix, and more. The dining area includes a spacious counter table that accommodates large groups, making it perfect for enjoying meals together. Guests can bring back fresh ingredients or meals from Kuromon Market and dine comfortably at home.

The kitchens are fully equipped to meet the needs of a modern household: refrigerators/freezers, microwaves, rice cookers, electric kettles, cookware, basic seasonings (salt, pepper, oil), and tableware are all provided. Cooking with local ingredients will make your stay even more memorable.

A key feature of the house is its high-quality Japanese-made beds, ensuring a restful sleep.
• The first bedroom has two double beds.
• The second bedroom has one double bed and one single sofa bed; a baby crib is available upon request.
• The third bedroom offers three Japanese-style single futons, ideal for families with young children who might roll off a regular bed.
• The fourth bedroom has one double bed.

◆Soundproofing and Important Notes in Urban Areas
- Due to the central location, you may hear traffic noise. Please be aware of this if you are sensitive to sound and understand in advance.

◆ To ensure a comfortable stay, please be aware that if smoking is detected in the room, a cleaning fee of ¥50,000 will be charged. Also, please refrain from using strong perfumes indoors, and use the mini balcony instead.

- The entire room is strictly non-smoking, including electronic cigarettes.
- Please return any used dishes, furniture, and amenities to their original places before leaving.

- The room is a no-shoe zone. Please remove your footwear at the entrance.

We have welcomed many guests since 2015, and our skilled staff carefully prepare the rooms with cleanliness and comfort in mind. Our facility can accommodate up to 12 guests, but 8~9 guests is the most comfortable. If you stay with 12 guests, the accommodation fee will be discounted, but please understand that it may feel a bit cramped. If you have any concerns, please feel free to contact us.
