This magnificent 4-bedroom villa offers warm, tropical decor. It is nestled in the heights of Lurin, offering exceptional panoramic views over the island of Saint-Barthélemy.
The villa’s living space is open to the outdoors, allowing residents to take full advantage of the tropical climate. The island’s constant pleasant breeze makes air conditioning and fans unnecessary. The view from the villa opens onto a spacious terrace, a heated pool and a 180-degree panorama of the island.

The villa’s 4 bedrooms are spacious and each has its own bathroom. The first two bedrooms are accessible from the villa’s main floor. The master bedroom has a large dressing room, a shower that can be opened into the exterior and a private terrace with sunset views. The second bedroom is equally well equipped, with a dressing room, outdoor shower and large bay window opening onto the main terrace. On the lower level of the villa, you’ll find the last two bedrooms. The first bedroom can be set up with a double bed or twin beds, while the last bedroom has a double bed with an additional single bed if required. All have ocean views.

On the lower floor landing, a small nook is equipped with a refrigerator, and above all, a fully equipped cinema room is ready to offer unforgettable moments of entertainment.

The villa is ideally located less than 5 minutes from the island’s finest beaches, including Gouverneur, Salines, Saint Jean and Shell Beach. What’s more, it’s just a three-minute drive from Gustavia’s restaurants, bars and boutiques.

The long heated pool seems to be hung to the sky and lowed into the sea. Each bedroom has an ocean view. Two of them are on the living floor and two of them are on the lower level.
