Welcome to your spacious Inner West retreat – a stylish Camperdown gem in a secure building, offering all you need for a comfortable and convenient Sydney stay.
Situated just a 5-min walk to Chris O`Brien Lifehouse, and moments from Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, The University of Sydney, and Newtown’s buzzing King Street, you’ll have endless cafes, restaurants, and shops at your fingertips. With excellent transport links nearby, Sydney’s CBD and harbour attractions are only a short ride away.
This light-filled apartment offers a modern open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area that flows seamlessly onto a private balcony — perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or winding down with a glass of wine. The bedroom is fitted with a plush queen bed, and there’s an additional single bed to comfortably accommodate a third guest. A dedicated study nook makes remote work easy, while the sleek bathroom and fully equipped kitchen provide all the comforts of home.

Shared access to the building facilities with other occupants.
While we are away we will have someone to meet you who will be available to you by phone/sms/email (whatever you prefer) for the duration of your stay.
An initial supply of linen, bath towels and toiletries (hand wash and toilet paper as a minimum) will be provided along with a fully equipped kitchen.
• Property is for use of booked guests only and parties, noisy social gatherings are strictly prohibited
• There is to be no behavior / noise that impacts negatively on neighbors and local community
• Courtyard/balcony areas are not to be used in any way that creates noise or other disturbance for neighbours – they should not be used between 10 pm and 8 am
• When absent from the property all windows and doors are to closed and locked to avoid security and water damage issues
• Smoking is prohibited inside (please smoke outside)
• Any breakages/ damage to be reported to us
