A spacious living area with a sleeper sofa provides the perfect space to relax after a day of beachside fun. Please note: pets are not allowed.

Guest Access
During your stay, enjoy full access to Grand Atlantic's resort amenities, including the outdoor pool, lazy river, fitness center, game room, and direct beach access. Onsite conveniences also include a seasonal convenience store and Scooby's Restaurant and Ice Cream Bar located at the front of the building. As a guest, you'll also find nearby public beach access perfect for swimming, sunbathing, or beachcombing.

• Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old. We do not rent to locals.
• A copy of your driver's license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking.
• Some amenities, such as pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and subject to availability depending on the time of year. Please feel free to contact us for specific opening dates and availability during your stay.

All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee
Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees
Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply
Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds
