Relish in this slice of paradise in the heart of Copacabana. Cabana Beach House is a stunning 5-bedroom home with pool, ocean views and a short walk to the beach.

Boasting everything a family could dream of for an incredible beachside holiday in Copacabana; a spacious 5-bedroom house featuring high end finishes and quality
furnishings,heated salt-water swimming pool (shoulder and summer - ambient temps determine heating process), relaxing ocean views which can be appreciated right across the
top floor and to top it off, the home is 500m from the beach.

Perfect for relaxing and entertaining for families, with a beautiful large kitchen, 3x living areas, fantastic kids bunk room, 4x TVs across the home, ducted air, ceiling fans, front and
rear decks and an easy walk to Copacabana beach and cafes via public pathway.

Immaculately furnished throughout, the home features 4x bedrooms on the top floor plus 1x kids room with 6x bunks on the ground floor, with full bathrooms on both levels,
including ensuite off the master bedroom.

The main living area also features a remote controlled fireplace, with lounge and dining off the open plan kitchen, plus front deck which is the ideal place to lose yourself in those
calming ocean views.

For entertainment there is free wifi, a 75 inch TV in the family room, 65 inch TV"s in lounge room and media room and a 55 inch TV in the master bedroom.

The kitchen is well stocked with new pots and pans, walk-in pantry for storage, 5-burner gas cooktop, microwave, fridge with ice-maker, two-drawer dishwasher and Breville
(Nespresso style) pod coffee machine.

*Four zone ducted air conditioning as well as ceiling fans. throughout, even on the back deck overlooking the pool.
*The bbq is plumbed in, so no need to worry about gas bottles.
*Parking on driveway for 3x cars.
*Public pathway down to the beach, which is an easy 8-10 minute walk.
*Please note: Linen is supplied. Please bring your beach towels.
*Please note: A security bond of $2000 is due on arrival
*Please note: This property has an external security camera at the front.

Great location

The location and house were amazing. We spent hours watching whales from the balcony and the kitchen allowed us to cook great feasts. We loved it. I was disappointed when the letting company took the bond out of my account with no reason. I had to message them to get them to give me my money back. They did refund it but with no explanation. That aside I cannot fault the house or facilities.

Superb house with everything

We love this Property because it has a pool three seating areas and an amazing view of the sea and everything you would possibly need in the kitchen. Thank you for a lovely stay

Perfect weekend stay

We had a group of adults for a girls weekend away for our social community group and the house was perfect! Amazing location, BEAUTIFUL house - we felt so lucky to be staying in such a property. Everything was easy and impeccably clean and presented. Would recommend this property to anyone I know, the price was also incredibly reasonable too.

Very Good Holiday House

Our family group of 14 thoroughly our weeks holiday. The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable and the living spaces were too. We all enjoyed swimming in the pool and the ready access to the local beaches. One of our best holidays.

Thanks for a great weekend.

The house was in a great position, with a view over the ocean. When we had questions about the pool, the agent attended to the issues quickly and without any fuss. We had a great weekend.

Stunning Views

Booked this property for friends and family weekend escape. The house was exactly what we had hoped for, spaciius, multiple living rooms, heated pool and great kitchen. We also had unexpected visitors with a few hump back whales putting on a show which we saw from our balcony! Highly recommended this property, and the communication and check in process with the host was seamless.

Lovely Property, Highly Recommend

Nice, clean and spacious home! Lovely view from the balcony! Property management was really easy to communicate with and always available. Only feedback would be to have dishwashing sponges, more toilet rolls and blankets and that the upper lounge rug leaves fluff everywhere and gets stuck to clothing which was a little annoying 😅 Overall highly recommend, we had a lovely weekend away. Didn't want to keep annoying Andrew otherwise I'm sure he would've happily arranged the extras.

Property well presented but not totally clean Asked cleaner to come back Specially asked for the pool to be heated before arrival. Despite the agency doing their best the pool wasn't able to be heated One of the main attractions was a heated pool that never eventuated Would not recommend this house

Home away from home

Our group of family and friends enjoyed an extended weekend to celebrate a wedding. This home had plenty of room, lovely relaxation spaces, and a brilliantly appointed kitchen. We all agreed that our time in the house together was a special part of the celebrations. Andrew and his team were great to deal with. And the bride even wore a few rose buds from the garden in her hair! This listing is the real deal.

Early family Christmas

Just wanted to say we were the first people that rented this beautiful property and as I write this review I struggle to think of a negative about this property. From the moment we walked through the front door we loved every minute of it and have already booked to return. The house was spotless and location was perfect for what we wanted. The property management was so easy to communicate with on where to pick up the keys and answering any questions we had about the house or giving us the best place to get lunch and dinner! Thanks for having us and see you next time!
