This beautifully maintained, three bedroom Queens Grant villa offers a peaceful escape where you can connect with nature, make lifelong memories with family or friends, and unwind in relaxed comfort & coastal style. Step outside onto the villa's private back deck, breathe in the Lowcountry air and take in the peaceful view of the towering live oaks, swaying palmettos and the second hole of the Robert Trent Jones golf course. Good Morning Sunshine is steps away from one of the three Queens Grant community pools and a few pedals away from the winding Palmetto Dunes bike paths that invite exploration. Our clean, spacious villa is thoughtfully designed for family time, connection and relaxation. With an open-concept living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of natural light, Good Morning Sunshine is the perfect setting for game nights, shared meals or just stretching out after a day at the beach. Whether you're building sandcastles, riding bikes under Spanish moss or watching sunsets as a family, this is the kind of place where simple moments become cherished memories.

You can bike for miles on the bike paths that run beneath the canopy of oaks and Spanish moss throughout Palmetto Dunes and Shelter Cove, or take the Dunes Buggy to Shelter Cove for shopping, restaurants and entertainment. - A maximum of 2 cars may park at this home. Please note that parking is extremely challenging & limited in the Queens Grant community. If you arrive late at night, there may be no parking available to you. Once you get a space -- don't move your car and use the Dunes Buggy!

Guests enter Good Morning Sunshine by locating 750 Queens Grant and walking to the front door from the parking area. Upon entering the home, you'll find the foyer & hallway that connect you to the kitchen, living room, primary suite, half bathroom and staircase to the second floor. On the second floor, you will find the queen bedroom, full bedroom and the jack & jill bathroom that connects these two bedrooms. Access the back deck from the living room or the primary suite.

NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. Please keep A/C temperature above 70F for optimal comfort. It is recommended to set it at 72F. Remember to keep doors and windows closed to maintain a cool home and keep bugs out. Fridges may take 24 hrs to cool when loaded after cleaning.
