Welcome to Queen’s Wharf Residence — a modern, fully furnished 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment in the heart of Brisbane CBD, offering both comfort and resort-style luxury.

Master Bedroom: Queen-size bed (Walk-in Closet) + private ensuite
1 comfortable sofa bed in the living room
Premium linens, ample storage, and high-end finishes throughout
Two Living Areas: Relax with a Smart TV (Netflix, YouTube ready) and stunning river views
💡 Note on Bedding, Configuration & Fees
The standard setup includes one queen bed in the master bedroom.
If the Sofa bed is used (even when only two guests are staying), an additional $35 fee per stay applies to cover the cost of extra linens and preparation.
👶 Families with Infants
A baby crib (portable cot) is available upon request for an additional $35 per stay. Please let us know in advance so we can have it prepared for your arrival.
A high chair is also available free of charge, but it must be requested in advance, as we don’t keep all high chairs stored in the apartments due to limited space.
