The bathroom boasts a luxurious tiled walk-in shower, inviting you to unwind after a day of adventure. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils, pots, pans, and spices you need to create delightful meals — all while enjoying spectacular views through large picture windows.

Sleeping Arrangements

The king bedroom offers a private retreat with a dedicated workspace, USB charging lamps, overhead fan, and blackout door for restful sleep.

Two twin bunk beds sit semi-privately in the hallway — cozy but best suited for children or shorter adults.

A queen pullout couch in the living room provides extra sleeping space with room-darkening curtains for privacy.

Plenty of extra linens and pillows are supplied for your comfort.

Guest Access

You will have full, exclusive access to the entire bottom-level home.

Other Things to Note

Potential for Noise:

This is the lower unit of a duplex; guests upstairs may cause some overhead noise. Light sleepers seeking complete quiet may prefer the upper unit or our nearby 3-bedroom home.

Pets & Fees:

Well-behaved pets are warmly welcomed for a $50 fee per pet per stay. Horses are also allowed with special arrangements ($150/month; you provide hay). Water access available via creek.

No Air Conditioning:

The home stays naturally cool thanks to concrete floors and close earth contact. Open windows for cross-breezes in warmer months. Montana’s heat lasts only 4-8 weeks a year, so no AC is provided.
