🚭 No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the property. This includes illegal substances. A $250 fee will be charged for violations.

🐾 No Unauthorized Pets: Pets are not permitted unless approved in advance. An unauthorized pet on the property will result in a $250 fee.

🎉 No Parties or Events: Parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited. If a party is suspected or confirmed, an additional $300 fee may be charged, along with any costs for damages or excessive cleaning.
