Seabreeze Sanctuary offers well-presented and functional bathrooms, providing convenience for your stay. A washing machine is available for guest use, making it easier to manage longer visits.

The bedrooms are spread across multiple levels to suit different groups. On the ground floor, there is a king bedroom with a shared bathroom next to it. The first level has a queen bedroom and a main bedroom with a king-size bed and ensuite featuring both a shower and bath. The top level includes a queen bed and a single bed with its own ensuite. Please note the stairs to this bedroom are quite steep and may not be suitable for elderly guests.

Step outdoors and enjoy the peaceful surroundings from the private swimming pool or BBQ area, both overlooking the bay. The property is just a one-minute drive or 10-minute walk into Paihia township, with its cafés, restaurants, and shops.

Adventure seekers will appreciate the location, with fishing, diving, general boating, and an excellent mountain bike park nearby suitable for all ages.
