You’ll enjoy modern comforts – a fully equipped kitchen, a downstairs kitchenette, three study desks, high-speed Wi-Fi and family-friendly extras like a cot, high chairs, portable heaters and kids’ dinnerware. Air-conditioning, ceiling fans, and plenty of cozy seating make it easy to relax after a day outdoors.
Step outside to the expansive backyard with a firepit (BYO wood) and plenty of space for kids and pets. It’s the ideal spot to unwind after a day exploring San Remo and the surrounding beaches, lakes, and national parks.

• Smoking/vaping will incur a penalty
• Loud parties will incur a penalty.
• Pets are permitted, and a fee of $80/pet will be charged before your check-in. Please reach out to us if you have more than one pet.
• Pets are required to stay at the lower level and the backyard. They are not allowed at the upper level of the house.
• Please bring your own wood for the firepit
• Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.
• Check-in is after 3:00 pm; checkout is by 10:00 am.
• Additional guests must be approved in advance, with a fee applied if not notified beforehand.

Please note that if a reservation is canceled during the free-cancellation period, any platform-related fees (such as payment processing or PMS charges) are non-refundable, as these fees are retained by third-party providers.
Guests have access to the entire property EXCEPT for the locked wardrobe in the garage.
