The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third includes two single beds — perfect for kids or friends.
A sofa bed in the lounge provides an extra queen bed if needed.
Guests can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, two modern bathrooms, and open-plan living spaces that flow to an outdoor patio with BBQ and seating.
Laundry facilities, fast Wi-Fi and smart TV are all included for a comfortable stay.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, including all indoor and outdoor areas.
You’ll enjoy full use of the kitchen, dining and living spaces, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry, and the outdoor patio.
The property also includes free parking, Wi-Fi, and everything you need for a comfortable coastal stay.

I’m just a message away if you need anything during your stay. You’ll be able to reach me easily through the Airbnb app for any questions, local tips, or help with the house. I live nearby, so if anything urgent comes up, I can pop over or arrange help quickly to make sure everything runs smoothly.

This is a peaceful coastal home in a quiet residential area, so we ask guests to please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10pm and 7am.

You’ll have one garage parking space available, with additional street parking just out front.

We provide professional cleaning between each stay so the home is fresh and ready for you. Guests aren’t required to do any cleaning, but we appreciate dishes being rinsed and rubbish placed in bins before checkout.

Please note, the home is smoke-free and pet-free, and parties or events are not permitted.
