An ENTIRE two bedroom, one bathroom unit ALL TO YOURSELF, right in the heart of Somerton Park. This cosy & unique apartment has been decorated with your comfort in mind. Fully furnished with FREE WiFi, kitchen, living and booth dining and all of the inclusions you could need for a comfortable stay. Walking distance to the beach and a short drive to Glenelg, Moseley Square, Brighton and supermarkets with cafes, shopping and the best of Adelaide right at your fingertips.

Welcome to Surfs Up! This comfortably sized, centrally located Somerton Park unit is perfectly located on Eton Rd which runs straight down to the beach. Surfs Up is only a short distance to Moseley Square, Glenelg Beach, the tram to Adelaide, supermarkets and Adelaide’s best cafes, restaurants and shops.
Upon arrival at Surf’s Up you’ll immediately feel comfortable with our modern furnishings and finishes. Entry into our apartment is via state of the art electronic keyless entry, available 24 hours.
Our super cool kitchen, booth dining and living is perfect for relaxing in front of the TV, cooking up a storm or cosying up on the sofa with a freshly brewed Nespresso coffee and a ‘can’t put it down’ book.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay including a Nespresso machine, oven, cooktop, dishwasher, fridge, and kitchenwares! Take a seat in our dining area and entertain in style with our retro 4 seater booth dining.
Our apartment has two queen bedrooms with comfortable bedding and vintage wash linens. There is hanging space if you need to store any clothes. Our bathroom has a shower, bath, vanity and toilet. Enjoy the provisions of hair and body care amenities on us. Laundry facilities are available in the apartment with an integrated washer and dryer.
Out the back you’ll find a cosy little courtyard with an electric BBQ, perfect for summer nights!

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
