An entire two bedroom, two bathroom penthouse apartment all to yourself in North Terrace, right in the City of Adelaide. This apartment comes fully furnished with two king-sized beds, a fully-equipped kitchen and a wrap-around balcony looking out onto uninterrupted views of the city & parklands. Located inside the stunning parklands of Adelaide, you’ll only be a couple of minutes from Gouger Street’s China Town and just around the corner from the restaurants of Hindley Street.
Welcome to The Views on North Terrace. Stepping into this incredible penthouse apartment, you’ll find your two bathrooms and the master bedroom to your right. Your first bathroom has a large walk-in-shower, toilet and sink with large mirrors across the back wall. $200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
