The most beautiful sunrises on the lake from your glassed/screened in porch. Great location near all of the action on Kentucky Lake, located at Big Bear Resort, near Moors Marina and directly across the lake from popular entertainment areas like the Sands and the rock quarry. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath has been professionally and completely remodeled through out and boasts all new furnishings. No detail left unattended by the remodel team. Granite counter tops with seating at the bar, double ovens and pantry to name a few of the kitchen upgrades. Many amenities on property including a beach area for the kids to swim while dinner is being cooked or adults are just relaxing. Building location also allows for boat parking at your condo!

Annual Trip

We have visited the Kentucky Lake area the last few years for our family vacation. This area was beautiful and had all the things we wanted to do! We would come back anytime. Very comfortable and beautiful condo!

Annual stay at KY Lake

The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The view of the lake from the sun porch is beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay.

A cozy place on KY Lake

Such a comfortable place to admire the scenery while being in a community with lots of opportunity to make friends! Would 10/10 recommend staying here and we will definitely be booking again.

Beautiful & Comfortable

Beautiful lake condo. The sun porch was my favorite place to lounge on the super comfortable couch and read with lake views in the background. Plenty of space for my husband & me, my mom, and my preteen son. Ample parking. Will stay here again!

Very nice lake side condo

We had a great time staying at this property. The place was stocked up with all the essential we needed to cook and live for 5 days. It was tastefully decorated and very clean. It's the place we were looking forward to relax after a long day hiking at LBL. Highly recommended.

2023 Family Vacation

This condo was beautiful and fully equipped with all our needs, plus more. Everything was above average, including the linens. The owner was great to communicate with. We totally enjoyed the accommodations and would highly recommend this property.

Great location with the Big Bear boat slips

Condo that doesnt feel like a condo. Parking is good for 4 cars or 3 with a boat trailer. Quite resort with the marina 150 yards or so walk.

Me and my family rented this for a little weekend getaway and we absolutely loved the place!! The owner was away on a trip and still was very helpful when it came to communicating. The view is amazing and the whole condo really made the whole weekend great !!

Amazing View, Quality Furnishings

We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed this property. It was an easy drive to Land Between the Lakes. The view from the condo was beautiful. We enjoyed waking up to the sun rising on the water. The condo was well decorated with quality furnishings. We stayed during winter so there were very few other guests or neighbors around though we imagine it would be extremely busy during the summer. We would definitely stay here again.

Friends Getaway

We had a wonderful time. Condo was very nice and very clean. All the furniture was nice a comfortable . Our morning coffee was the men in the Sunroom and the ladies on the very comfortable sofa. It was a very relaxing time. Brent the owner was very pleasant to talk to. I highly recommend this Condo and will definitely rent it again.

2nd Annual Summer Family Vacation

My family and I stayed here over the holiday weekend celebrating the Fourth. This is our 2nd summer in a row staying at this lake house. The owner Brent and his family have a beautiful house and have went above and beyond to ensure that their guest have all the commodities and convenience to make your stay at comfortable as possible. The interior is top of the line and furnished great. They have a beautiful "Florida" room overlooking the lake. If your looking for a relaxing place, don't hesitate, you'll have a great time!

Absolutely Gorgeous property and views!

Property is as described. Very clean, amazing view of the lake, and communicating with the owner was so easy! Also the beds are comfortable and have very nice linens on them. Parking was much better than I anticipated. We had no issue parking 3 vehicles in the drive assigned to unit. Just a wonderful unit and a fantastic place to stay.

Girls Getaway 2021

We booked the condo and a boat for a short weekend away and the condo was everything we expected and more. The beds were comfortable, it had every amenity we needed, the view was amazing and the host was quick to respond to my questions. Loved the condo and plan to return next year with my family because my 8 year old daughter was so jealous when I face timed her and gave her a virtual tour. Thank you so much!

Great Condo, Great view and location

Other than the overall cleanliness, Floors,comforters being dirty, the Condo is in great shape. The marina was not open until Friday, which was a inconvenience.

Beautiful condo!

We loved our stay and would def stay here again. Just a few minor issues: bottom track of sliding glass doors in sunroom were very dirty. There was a white t-shirt left on the guest room bed that had black hair on it. One kitchen cabinet door would not stay shut and swung and stayed open all the time. We made a temporary fix with folded cardboard (or I would have developed a facial tic ). Kitchen drawers stuck badly. Coffee pot didn’t look like it had been washed in a long time. HOWEVER, these were minor things and EVERYTHING else was super clean and lovely. We enjoyed our stay so much despite the tornadoes Hoping to come back soon. We had the BEST time Thank you for providing a beautiful place to stay…..and yes, the sunrise was AMAZING!!

Perfect for our visit to the area

Our family (husband, wife, two adult children and their spouses and grandchild) planned our visit to the Grand Rivers area to see the Christmas light display at Patti's Settlement. We chose this property for the view of the lake and the size/amenities of the unit, and it met our needs in every way. Driving time from the condo to Patti's was around 20 minutes, but that was fine with us. We prepared meals and had some family time, while having room to spread out if needed. We brought firewood for the fireplace...the perfect way to end our evenings. We could not have been more comfortable, and would stay here again!
