Enjoy this stylish two-bedroom apartment located in the heart of Auckland City. Surrounded by green spaces such as Victoria Park and Western Park, and just steps away from the City Works Depot, cafes, restaurants, and the highly regarded Freemans Bay School. Premier shopping and dining are within easy reach at Ponsonby Central. Perfect for families, business travelers, or anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in vibrant central Auckland.
Experience urban living at its finest in this beautifully designed apartment, just a short stroll from Queen Street, the Sky Tower, and an array of popular restaurants. The complex features premium facilities including a swimming pool and sauna.
Inside, enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and laundry, an open-plan dining and living area, and a private balcony with outdoor furniture. Floor-to-ceiling double-glazed sliding doors offer stunning views towards Ponsonby.
The apartment includes two cozy queen-size bed, a 50-inch smart TV, free unlimited WiFi, and complimentary amenities—perfect for both short and long-term stays.
Guests have the whole apartment exclusively by themselves and have access to the In-Building Pool.
There are a couple of options for parking:
1. You can rent on-site parking (there's very limited spots, always fully booked, only take advance booking) with us, and the cost is $25 per day.
2. PARKING OFF STREET
Monday - Friday, between 8am - 6pm $3 per hour (first 2 hrs), $6 per hour (2 hrs +). Free between 6 pm - 8 am the following morning.
Saturday, 8am - 6pm $1.5 per hour (first 2 hrs), $2 per hour (2 hrs +). Free between 6 pm - 8 am the following morning.
Sunday FREE (until 8 am Monday the following morning).
3. Wilson parking building (Address 126 Nelson Street)
Usual Hour: $18 per 12 hours
Early bird (before 8 am) $15 per 12 hours.
