LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1500+ sq ft home with open concept living room with kitchen, dining area, counter seating, wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating, located on the first floor/entry level.
ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath. Downstairs master bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, deck/hot tub access, and private bath with shower. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed and deck/hot tub access. Downstairs third bedroom has 2 sets of twin/twin bunk beds. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.
AMENITIES - Smart TV, board games, and card games. Laundry area located on the lower level with side-by-side washer/dryer.
OUTDOORS - There are 2 decks to enjoy the views of the ski slopes as well has Big Bear Lake. Enjoy the fresh mountain air from the lower deck while enjoying the private hot tub. Upper deck with patio table with chairs and umbrella.
