Each villa has one bathroom located on the top floor. Well stocked with lots of towels and gorgeous New Zealand made Ashley & Co products.

Fully equipped and well stocked with everything you need to cook including cooking essentials such as oil, spices, salt and pepper etc.

Laundry
A washing machine and dryer are available inside the villa for your convenience. Quality laundry liquid is also provided.

Heating & Airconditioning
Each villa is equipped with heating and air-conditioning in the main living area and heating in the bedrooms.

Other things to note:
Kauri Villa is multi-level and may not be suitable for guests who have difficulty navigating stairs. Each villa includes a small private backyard, and there are free communal drying rooms within the complex, perfect for ski season.

Prior to your arrival, we will provide you with detailed check-in instructions and your unique digital door lock code.
