Daydream Oasis with private pool, screen porch with dining, sleeps 8!

Fresh and bright describes this charming 3 Bedroom home. Leave your cares at the door step, and enjoy our island breezes. Just a short walk to the beach this home has a large private pool. Overlooking the private pool there is a screened in porch which offers outdoor dining. Inside, the kitchen boasts gorgeous granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Gather together for games or a meal around a spacious dining area or take it onto the screened in porch and enjoy the night air. Don't feel like heating up the kitchen? Use the outdoor grill instead! Additionally, there is a fun entertainment room to the right of the living room complete with a foosball table, large T.V. with a Daybed complete with a trundle underneath. The living room has a terrific sectional where all can gather and socialize and enjoy a large flat screen T.V. as well. This home is just a short 2 block walk to the beach access.

Ample space to hang out and plenty of room to have meals at home and chill out by the pool or on the screen porch which was amazing! The set up was perfect for our weekend bachelorette trip! Would highly recommend for a group or large family! Easy walk to the beach and so convenient to shopping, dining and Downtown Charleston! 10 out of 10!

The house was exactly what we needed for our family. Short distance to the beach and the pool was perfect as well. Highly recommend for your IOP stay. The property management was extremely responsive as well.

Great Family Beach/Pool House

A short walk to the beach made for easy beach mornings and afternoons and evenings were spent enjoying the pool. The screened in porch was an added bonus. We fit comfortably with 2 couples and 2 children for sleeping. We prepared many of our meals there and found the kitchen to be well stocked with supplies. We were with a group that had rented many different properties and felt ours was the most functional for our family.

Nice With Easy Access to Beach

My husband and I stayed here with our 3 adult children. The house was very clean and updated. Pros: King or Queen beds for everyone, easy walk to beach (if you have someone who can’t easily walk a distance, you can drive up to the main road, park, then just walk the boardwalk to the beach), pool area is wonderful with lots of seating, kitchen well stocked with dishes/utensils, and both regular and Keurig coffee makers. Suggestions: Main bedroom has a beautiful but TINY bathroom (no counter space) and no outlets near the sides of bed for charging phones, medical equipment, etc., there were also no outlets near a mirror in main bedroom. Kitchen has no basic supplies (coffee filters, salt/pepper, etc), gas tank for fire pit was empty (husband took the one from the grill so we could warm up on a chilly night). For those who like a glance to see if they look ok before heading out, a full length mirror somewhere would be helpful. While the cons were there, we still very much enjoyed our time at this home and our time on the beach at Isle of Palm.

Amazing week!!

We visited the area to see my oldest son for a week. Grandparents joined us also. We had such a wonderful time. Plenty of room for everyone, spacious home, and the foosball table was a huge hit. The beach is a block away and we were able to walk and catch sunrises and sunsets. We were short on towels and the management company responded immediately and had housekeeping drop those off same day. We would definitely stay again.

Beach Heaven

Everything about our stay was wonderful! Check in was a breeze, the property was spotless, pool was super warm, & management was easy to contact/quick to respond. The neighborhood was peaceful and family friendly. There was even a beautiful and super sweet cat that came by from time to time for scratches. We will definitely be back!

The decor is beautiful, everything was in good shape, and it was a short walk to the beach! My only recommendation for future renters would be to bring anything you need for the kitchen including coffee filters, salt/pepper, spices, cooking oil, etc because none of that was present or left over from other renters.

Nice but not great

The house itself and upon first glance was exactly as pictured and situated perfectly. Unfortunately one of our rooms had visibly dirty pillows, the extra blankets had stains on them as well and we weren’t able to use the pool during our stay. The pool was very dirty and after we called to ask to have it cleaned they sent someone to skim the top but not until the second day was someone able to come and find out that the pump was broken. He did fix it but by the time the pool cleared up it was our checkout day. We purposely booked this house for the pool and no one notified us at check in that the pool was not usable. Also, didn’t love that the house wasn’t ready until after 4 on our check in day and then have to be out by 10 on check out day. Just feel like you don’t have adequate time on those days.

The Best of Times - The Worse of Times

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was laid out nice, extra bedrooms were large and guest bath was good sized. Master bath was very tiny and the door wouldn't stay open. Pool only got cleaned once a week but the neighbors trees filled the pool with leaves and debris. Freezer wouldn't open and maintenance told us it needed 24 hours to defrost but gave us no options so did without ice and freezer all week.

Efficient and Tidy

Reviewer Comments: My husband and I were notified a few days before our vacation, that the house we rented had a roofing issues and we were moved to another house. The new house had been recently renovated and was a comparable size to the place we had originally rented. Unfortunately, due to the rush job of renovating, there were some loose ends left including construction debris all over the yard, no dresser and night stands in one of the rooms, no hangers in the closets, paper blinds at the windows, etc.. These small inconveniences did not keep us from enjoying this clean, and convenient to the beach, home. We love the pool very much, even though it could use an update.
