Overlooking the private pool there is a screened in porch which offers outdoor dining. Inside, the kitchen boasts gorgeous granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Gather together for games or a meal around a spacious dining area or take it onto the screened in porch and enjoy the night air. Don't feel like heating up the kitchen? Use the outdoor grill instead! Additionally, there is a fun entertainment room to the right of the living room complete with a foosball table, large T.V. with a Daybed complete with a trundle underneath. The living room has a terrific sectional where all can gather and socialize and enjoy a large flat screen T.V. as well. This home is just a short 2 block walk to the beach access.
