On the banks of the Swan River, this Belmont home is surrounded by Perth’s key attractions. It’s minutes to Ascot Racecourse and the CBD as well as the dining and entertainment precinct of Crown Casino Perth.

Set over two levels, this immaculate home offers plenty of room to spread out. The living area, dining and kitchen are located on the ground floor, opening to a private patio for alfresco evenings. Kids can play freely on a grassy yard while adults enjoy the fresh air. The kitchen comes fully equipped for meals at home with an oven, stove and microwave, and there is a six-person dining table where you can come together. Relax on the spacious sofa with a TV catering to all your entertainment needs.

Upstairs you’ll find three lovely bedrooms, each featuring built-in wardrobes for storing your belongings. The master is fitted with a king-sized bed and has direct access to the bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom comes with two single beds. Within the bathroom there’s a large spa bathtub with a shower, toilet and mirrored vanity. Guests will also have access to a separate toilet downstairs as well as a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer and separate basin.

Cycle or walk along the Swan River, taking in scenic sites such as Elizabeth Quay, Barracks Street Jetty and the South Perth Foreshore, and if you’re travelling with kids be sure to check out Perth Zoo. The Crown Casino is just a short drive away, home to some of the city’s best restaurants and chefs such as Bistro Guillaume, Nobu and Rockpool Bar & Grill.
