Enjoy the full range of resort amenities, including a heated outdoor pool and hot tub, fitness center, firepits, proximity to Spiro Trailhead for mountain biking and hiking, and direct ski-in/ski-out access to Park City Mountain Resort. After a day of exploring, unwind in the private hot tub or savoring a grilled feast on the patio.
This 3-story townhome boasts an inviting open layout with generous picture windows that bathe the space in warm natural light. A twin sleeper sofa offers a cozy spot for overnight guests. On bluebird days, enjoy the patio’s natural gas grill.
With designated on-site parking for 1 vehicle and complimentary shuttle service in the Winter, it's easy to get around Park City. For ski-in/ski-out access, take the elevator in the 3000 building to the third floor. Exit, turn right onto the paved path, and continue parallel to the ski hill to reach the Silver Star Lift and ticket office. To return, ski down the Silver Star Run. Ski lockers are available at the 1000 building.
*Please be advised that the Silver Star lift is operated by Park City Resort and access is not guaranteed. Lift operations are dependent on weather and resort staffing.
