Luxury Designer Curated Fully Renovated Home in The Beach, Toronto

I’m a designer with a passion for bringing Toronto’s historic homes back to life. My goal is to take design to another level — creating spaces that intrigue, inspire, and flow effortlessly. I love crafting homes that make life easy and serene, while captivating the eye with thoughtful details, rich textures, and layered colours.

For Willow, I drew inspiration from a French Parisian apartment, infusing elegance into every corner. The main floor features handcrafted plaster crown mouldings and custom chevron white oak floors — timeless touches that add warmth and sophistication. My focus is always on balancing beauty, comfort, and functionality, maximizing space and storage without compromising on design.

Having lived my entire life in The Beach, Toronto, I’m deeply connected to this community and proud of what Willow represents. The home stands out not only for its large front porch and rare garage — both coveted features in the area — but also for its exceptional location. Steps from Queen Street’s cafés, shops, and the iconic Fox Theatre, it’s also within walking distance of Kingston Road’s YMCA and surrounded by nature. For those who love the outdoors, a stroll through the Glen Manor Ravine leads you straight to the beach.

Designing Willow has been a true labour of love — a blend of artistry, craftsmanship, and heart — and I’m thrilled to share it with guests who appreciate thoughtful design and the relaxed, coastal charm of The Beach.

I’ve lived my entire life in The Beach, and over the years I’ve grown to deeply appreciate its unique character and charm. In a busy, fast-paced city like Toronto, The Beach offers something rare — a relaxed, coastal village atmosphere just minutes from downtown. With the TTC or by car, you can reach the city center in under 30 minutes, yet here, the pace slows and life feels more serene.

There’s a freshness in the air and a lake breeze you won’t find anywhere else in Toronto. Seeing the water and hearing the gentle sounds of the beach brings a sense of calm and balance that’s hard to find in an urban setting.

Once considered cottage country for Torontonians, The Beach has evolved into a vibrant neighborhood that still retains its small-town feel. Its main streets are lined with cafés, boutique shops, and local markets, all within easy walking distance. You’re surrounded by nature, tree-lined streets, and some of the most beautiful views in the city.

For me, The Beach represents the best of both worlds — the energy and opportunity of Toronto paired with the tranquility and community spirit of a seaside town. It’s not just where I live; it’s where I feel most at home.

Willow is truly one of a kind. This 1913 classic Edwardian double-brick home embodies timeless Toronto architecture while standing apart through thoughtful design and meticulous restoration. Elevated above the street and facing only one neighboring home, it offers exceptional privacy and tranquility — no one can look inside, creating a peaceful, retreat-like atmosphere.

Set on a quiet, one-way street with very little traffic, Willow enjoys a rare calm that’s hard to find in the city. Only local residents pass through, adding to the sense of exclusivity and serenity.

Another feature that sets Willow apart in The Beach is its street-level entrance to the basement and garage with direct access to a heated mudroom, blending historic charm with modern practicality. And without compromising on one of the neighborhood’s most coveted features, it boasts a large, welcoming front porch, often described as an extra covered room — perfect for morning coffee or watching the world go by.

Design is the soul of Willow. From the pink front door and porch ceiling to the hand-painted mural that unites soft pink and green tones, every detail tells a story. Inside, curated tiles, light fixtures, and finishes from around the world create a home that’s both visually stunning and deeply comfortable.
