Kutti Beach House by Contemporary Hotels
A grand four-storey home with direct private access to one of Sydney's best kept secret beaches, this exclusive property is the envy of Australia's largest city. Nestled in the foreshore of Vaucluse, a mainstay in the top ten postcodes in the country, it combines luxury and natural beauty in equal measures.
A tightly held property, the owner has made classic renovations to make the most of its location, views, and north facing aspect. Enter the house on the living floor, where the kids can play in the generous rumpus room that leads through to the kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances. The lounge and dining room offer superb harbour views for a quiet family dinner, or entertaining a larger group of friends.
Five bedrooms are conveniently located on the second floor, with suitable privacy and an adjoining en-suite for the master and double rooms, while one Queen, one double and one King Single share a further bathroom. There is a sixth bedroom, which is not part of the house package but may be requested in addition at time of booking only.
Head up to the attic for the cherry on top, holding a queen bed, wash basin with bar fridge and desk space that can be used as a study. The room leads out to a cosy balcony, perfect for watching the sun set with a cocktail, or making plans for your stay in privacy and comfort with a unique view across to Manly.
The basement is a wonderful indoor outdoor entertaining space with a separate kitchenette, a full sized fridge and dishwasher. The eco-fireplace makes this space ambient and warm in the winter.

Please take note that the house is not suitable for baby gates, as the balustrade cannot be used to fix the gates. But, the house has doors to each room which can be closed to keep children in one space.
