Escape to Rhythm 405, a luxurious coastal apartment ideally positioned between Kirra and Coolangatta beaches and with Coolangatta's thriving dining, retail and entertainment scene on your doorstep.
The beautifully designed apartment, located on the fourth floor, is perfect for a luxury getaway and offers resort facilities including rooftop pool with sun lounge deck, outdoor kitchen and BBQ, gym and sauna.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, including master suite with king bed, wall mounted smart TV, walk in robe and an elegant ensuite with toilet, double vanity and shower.
The second bedroom comes with 2 king single beds and built in wardrobe. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning for your comfort.
The fully equipped kitchen is designed for entertaining with a stone island breakfast bench and high-end appliances including fridge/freezer with ice and water dispenser, Vintec wine fridge, integrated dishwasher and coffee machine.
The living room offers relaxed comfort with a dining area seating 4, comfortable lounge, wall mounted smart TV and unlimited Wi-Fi.
Floor-to-ceiling glass stacker doors allow plenty of natural light and lead out to the balcony featuring ocean views. This is the perfect spot for a morning coffee before hitting the beach, or a drink with friends at sunset.
There is also an additional bathroom with shower and toilet and fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Rhythm 405 offers everything you need to relax and unwind, plus all the conveniences you’d expect, including ducted air-conditioning throughout and secure underground parking for 1 cars (2.2m height) and lift access.
Linen
High quality linen, including plush beach towels is provided, and beds will be made up for you on arrival. The second bedroom will be made as 2 king single beds which joined together to form a king bed. King bed linen will be available should guests wish to do this on arrival.
Keys
Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office, located at 76 Griffith St, Coolangatta. The office is an approximate 1-minute drive south of the property and a 6-minute drive south of the Gold Coast Airport.
