There is a laundry room at the base of the apartments with a couple of washing machines your welcome to make use of if needed. FREE OF CHARGE
Older style Apartment complex but small with just 3 levels .
Unit is on the first floor so there are stairs to access the apartment - No lift
We are located on a fairly busy intersection opposite the beach, so you will hear traffic noise.
