Condominium Rules for Guests

Access Control: Use only the designated guest entrance (or the main entrance) and never give access codes, keys, or tags to people not registered in the reservation. Gatehouse: The gatehouse staff are there for everyone's safety. Do not overburden them with tasks that are not their responsibility (e.g., carrying luggage, keeping your apartment keys safe during their stay). Visitor Registration: If you will be receiving any visitors (if permitted by the house rules), their full name and identification document must be provided to us (the host) in advance for authorization. 2. Coexistence and Noise Quiet Hours: Silence is mandatory between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM (or according to the condominium's schedule). Avoid noise, loud conversations in common areas (hallways, elevators) and loud music, especially in your apartment. Parties and Events: Parties, events and gatherings that disturb neighbors are strictly prohibited at any time, both in the unit and in common areas. Behavior: Maintain respectful and courteous behavior with neighbors and condominium staff. 3.
