50m2 cottage on the gentle hills of Nice, with private swimming pool (4.45x2.70m), completely renovated, with its large private and fenced garden offering a rejuvenating space 10 minutes from the city.
Between Monaco and Cannes, near the Italian border, come and discover the beauty of the Côte d'Azur, the hinterland of Nice (Mercantour National Park, Boréon, Turini, etc.).
Our air-conditioned house is a haven of freshness in the summer heat and a cozy cocoon in the fall and winter, bathed in sunshine all day. Take full advantage of your meals in the veranda, with a lovely sea and mountain view, in the shade of our 50-year-old olive trees.
The glass roof (2m x 2m) can be converted into a small office or an extra bedroom (baby bed and/or single adult sofa bed).
Very comfortable sofa bed 140 cm wide with 17 cm mattress in the living room.
Ideal for teleworking, excellent fiber internet connection, enjoy the mild winters and snowy days from December to March less than 2 hours away (Isola 2000, Auron and Valberg).
Spacious private parking inside the property with automatic gate.
Electric terminal for car charging (additional charge of 59 €uros/7 nights to be paid on arrival).
Mosquito nets are installed in the windows of the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and canopy.
A videophone allows the main gate to be opened from the house.

POOL :
The use of the swimming pool is strictly reserved for only residents confirmed on the reservation.
We remind you of the rules for its safe use:
- Detach the four clips before opening the electric shutter (if omission, breakage of the clips and obligation to replace on the spot - cost: 80 €uros each payable by the tenant -).
- In case of absence, it is imperative to cover the pool with the electric protection shutter provided for this purpose.
- Diving and jumping absolutely forbidden.
- Prohibition of running on the beach and around the swimming pool because of the risk of slipping.
- Food on the wooden beach prohibited (a dining area is provided in the garden).
- Any stained or scratched wooden board will be replaced and charged to the tenant. Nevertheless, in case of stain, it is imperative not to try to clean it but to notify us immediately.
- Do not throw anything (vegetation, stone or other) into the swimming pool because there is a risk of the pump clogging with possible repair or replacement costs to be borne by the tenant.
For your comfort, we will need access to the pool once a week for water quality checks and cleaning.
We will agree on an appointment together in order to disturb you as little as possible.
Note that we are in a region where the sun does its job, and much more! This implies some safety rules in order to continue to be able to enjoy our beautiful nature.
BBQ:
On request and subject to prefectural decree prohibiting any fire outside, It will be placed strategically and we ask you not to move it (area protected from fire risks), as well as to pull the garden hose to proximity during use.
CIGARETTE:
The interior of the house, as well as the wooden beach of the swimming pool, are strictly non-smoking. As for the exterior, we ask that you put cigarette butts in the ashtrays provided for this purpose and extinguish them properly.
CANDLES:
Please do not light candles, either inside or outside the house.
SELECTIVE SORT:
We ask you, at the end of your stay, to throw your bins respectively in the yellow (plastic and packaging) and black bins placed in front of the cellar.
For long stays, please leave your yellow bin (Monday and Thursday) and the black bin (Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday) in front of the main entrance.
CLEANLINESS :
Cleaning fees are included; however, the house having just been refurbished, we would like, as far as possible, to keep our pretty white walls, clean, as long as possible. We know that suitcases can easily leave marks, so we suggest you store them under the bed or in the cellar (closed, dry).
GALVES:
We ask you to remember to fix the shutters of the windows, and close the parasols in case of absence.
AIR CONDITIONER :
- Please turn off the air conditioning and the lights in case of absence (small ecological contribution for our adorable planet...).
CELLAR:
You will find a washing machine as well as detergent, a drying rack and a laundry basket.
Electrical circuit breakers are also located there.
The cellar is also a space where we store personal items, please do not move them.
BATHROOM :
Please do not throw anything down the toilet as they are connected to a septic tank and not to mains drainage.
