Welcome to a spacious retreat near Hobart offering comfort privacy and room to unwind. This beautifully presented dual living home with a private spa is perfect for families groups and extended stays. Located a short drive from Hobart CBD and close to Hobart Airport it is ideal for guests visiting Dark Mofo Hobart autumn festivals and southern Tasmania events while enjoying a relaxing and convenient base.
The space
This listing includes two dwellings on the same property:
• A main house (primary accommodation)
• A self-contained rear unit, also part of the property
The rear unit includes:
• Queen bed with fresh linens
• Cozy living area with Smart TV
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Modern bathroom with shower
• Direct access to garden & fire area
• Designated parking at the door
Both dwellings are fully self-contained with separate entrances or whichever you prefer.
This setup is ideal for extended families, larger groups, or guests who value proximity with separate living spaces.
