Welcome to Acacia Bay Views – a stunning, brand-new home that captures sweeping views over Acacia Bay, Lake Taupō, and Mt Tauhara. Thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation, this light-filled 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers the perfect blend of style, space, and serenity.
Step out onto the expansive deck and take in the scenery while enjoying a BBQ, lounging in the sun, or unwinding with a glass of wine as the sun sets. The seamless indoor/outdoor flow and modern open-plan living make this home an ideal spot for families, couples, or friends looking for a peaceful Taupō escape.
Located just moments from Acacia Bay’s popular swimming spot – complete with a pontoon, jetty, public BBQs, and toilets – you’ll be set for summer fun. Bring the boat too, with the local boat ramp only a 4-minute drive away.
A short stroll or quick drive will take you to the local convenience store, Bay Bar & Brasserie, and a coffee cart for your morning fix. For something special, don’t miss L’Arte Café and Gallery, a Taupō favourite offering a visual and edible feast.
Please note: This is a three-storey home, however only the first two levels are available for guest use. The top level is locked off and will not be occupied during your stay, ensuring full privacy.

Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels.
Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.
STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
This is a smoke/vape free property.
Please note: A 2.9% surcharge is charged on all credit/debit card transactions.
