My goal is your satisfaction, great reviews, and repeat business. To avoid any misunderstandings, by renting this vacation home, you agree to the following rules:

1. You are responsible for any damages to the furniture and missing household items.

2. No smoking or loud parties are allowed.

3. The maximum occupancy is 8 people.

4. No pets allowed. There is a $75 fee for service dogs.

5. Trash: Trash day is Friday, Please put the trash cans on the curb for the trash pickup.

6. Check-in is at 4 pm. Early check-in is $25/hour upon availability. Check-out is at 10 am, and any holdover is charged at $50 per hour, plus the loss of any future rentals from that day and any legal fees that may be involved.

7. Excessive dirtiness will be charged at $150.

8. You agree that the house and furniture are not brand new and are not in perfect condition.
