Quiet cottage located in a small hamlet offering a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside.

Popular points of interest near the apartment include the medieval and historic town of Figeac and the village of Cardaillac, which is listed as one of the most beautiful villages in France.
The house is an ideal starting point to discover the riches of the region. Less than an hour's drive away, you can visit must-see sites such as Rocamadour, a major pilgrimage site clinging to the side of a cliff, and the spectacular Gouffre de Padirac, a real underground wonder where you can navigate by boat on an underground river.
The surrounding area is also full of picturesque villages, hiking trails, rivers suitable for canoeing or swimming, as well as local markets to enjoy local products.
Depending on the season, you can even taste fresh vegetables from the vegetable garden.
An unheated outdoor swimming pool (8 m x 4 m, depth 1.25 m to 1.50 m) is accessible from May to the end of September. It is secured by a closed enclosure. The swimming pool, shared with another gîte, is at your disposal (towels not provided).

The gîte, on one level (2 external steps at the entrance of the gîte, 1 works inside between the kitchen and the living room), comprises:
• A spacious and fully equipped kitchen area, open to the dining room and the living room.
• A living room with insert fireplace (heating the entire cottage), TV, sofa bed, armchair and a second dining area.
• Two bedrooms, each with direct access to the balcony:
◦ Bedroom 1: 1 bed 140x190
◦ Bedroom 2: 1 bed 140x190 + 1 bed 90x190
• A bathroom (towels optional)
• Separate toilet

Outside, you will enjoy:
• A 16 m² terrace and a 17 m² balcony (which can be enclosed), with garden furniture and barbecue.
• A carport located just opposite the cottage.

Services included: heating, sheets, electricity, WIFI, end-of-stay cleaning.
Options: towels (+5€/person).
