1. Stay calm. Do not try to retrieve personal belongings.
2. Exit the property immediately through the nearest safe exit:

3. Avoid using elevators (the building representatives will also disable the elevators in case of firm alarm activates)
4. If smoke is present, stay low to the ground and cover your nose and mouth.
5. Once outside, move to a safe distance and call 911.

1. Do not use any electrical devices (including light switches or your phone) inside.
2. Open windows and doors to ventilate the space.
3. Exit the home immediately and call 911 or the gas company once outside.

Back door exits to [e.g., the backyard or side alley with access to the street].
