Our Niagara Luxury, Cozy Tiny Home Suite by the River is a stylish, comfortable, clean and private full 1 bedroom suite that sleeps up to 4 people comfortably.

Created out of a former single car garage, you can experience our tiny home oasis for yourself, complete with 234 sq feet of luxurious living space and only steps away from the Welland River with miles of trails, downtown Welland and several Niagara Region attractions.

It may be small but offers huge value and amazing location.

We created this unique tiny home inspired space out of a former single car garage and now you can experience our luxurious ultra modern tiny home oasis for yourself for an absolutely unique experience!

Your tiny home suite comes complete with 234 sq feet of luxurious living space and only steps away from the Welland River with miles of trails, downtown Welland and several Niagara Region attractions.

Our property situated in the heart of Niagara Region only 5 minutes from downtown Welland, with amazing nature, walking and bike trails, kayaking, rowing and fishing options only a few steps from our front door.

World famous Niagara Falls, St. Catharines, Crystal Beach, Nickle Beach, Fort Erie, Port Colborne, Vineland and US border all less than 30 minutes from your front door by car.

There are also several incredible local award winning “hidden gem” wineries all less than 30 minutes drive and of course old downtown Niagara-on-the-Lake and wineries and Canadian Whisky Distilleries all less 38 minutes or less by car.

Niagara Falls casinos are only 25 minutes away by car. Several great golf courses with 4 to choose from 5-9 minutes by car with several others within short driving distances.

The suite is also conveniently located within a short driving distances to Niagara College – Welland Campus (5 minutes), Brock University (16 minutes), as well as, great local restaurants and shopping – all only 3-10 minutes drive. Even a drive-in theater is only 14 minutes by car where you can watch the latest movie releases under the stars.

For the beach lovers, we recommend famous Crystal Beach or Nickle Beach on shores of Lake Erie or either Sunset Beach or Lakeside Park Beach in Port Dalhousie, both on the shores of Lake Ontario and both in St. Catharines, ON and all only 30 drive by car. Enjoy boating, jet boating, incredible fishing, world class rowing or just chilling out on the sand all only 28-35 minutes drive from your front door.

Your SuiteStay includes:

1 QUEEN BED in the bedroom and a sofa that converts into a DOUBLE BED. To ensure you get a great night sleep we have included gorgeous all cotton sheets for the summer and cozy flannel sheets for the cool winter months, along with several blankets, pillows and throws.

Your SuiteStay is luxuriously fully furnished and includes a gorgeous fully equipped kitchen complete with apartment size stainless steel fridge, a plug in induction cook top and large microwave. The kitchen also comes with a toaster, Keurig coffee maker and all kitchen supplies, including dishes, pots, pans, utensils and cutlery, etc. everything you need to cook a great meal for your friends and family.

2 large wall mounted foldable tables with enough seating for up to 4 people doubles as both great eating and office work space area.

The bathroom comes complete with several face, hand and bathroom towels, a hair dryer, shampoo, body wash and conditioner.

Complimentary unlimited high speed internet and WIFI are available throughout the unit.

For your entertainment pleasure, your SuiteStay comes with 2 large 50" LED 4K Smart TV's, one located in the living room and the other located in the master bedroom, both complete with Netflix access and WIFI enabled - the perfect place to Netflix and Chill! As a courtesy to both our surrounding neighbours and other guests/occupants staying at the property, in their own separate self contained suites and designated areas, please note that we have a strict NO PARTY, NO EXCESSIVE NOISE AFTER 10:00 p.m. policy at the property.

Also, please note that the backyard is shared with other occupants at the property. The wood decks and patio furniture there are all RESTRICTED AREAS and are for the exclusive use by our other occupants in the home.

However, we have provided select patio area and a natural gas BBQ outside the bedroom on the stone patio area, which are all available for your exclusive use and enjoyment during your stay.
