For your comfort year-round, the living area is equipped with a split-system air conditioner providing both heating and cooling.



• Bedrooms: Each of the three bedrooms is thoughtfully set up to ensure a restful stay, complete with quality bedding and practical storage. All bedrooms are equipped with portable fans to help keep the rooms comfortable during warmer months.



• Bathrooms: The home includes two clean and modern bathrooms. The main bathroom offers a shower, vanity, and toilet, while the second bathroom is a private ensuite attached to the master bedroom for added convenience.



• Laundry: The property includes a convenient in-house laundry equipped with a modern washing machine and dryer, making it easy to keep your clothes fresh throughout your stay.



• Parking: The property includes a secure car park with a height limit of 1.9 meters. Please ensure your vehicle fits within this clearance before arrival.
