The main floor features two bright bedrooms, a freshly presented bathroom, a sunny living area and a kitchen/dining space flowing directly to a large covered deck overlooking the private pool and garden.
Downstairs, your own retreat awaits — a self-contained level with a bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette offering flexibility for grandparents, teens, or guests seeking a private hideaway.
Step outside to unwind by the pool, enjoy alfresco dining on the deck, or explore the nearby walking paths leading to Queenscliff Lagoon and Manly Beach. Surrounded by parks and nature yet minutes from shops, cafés and transport, this home delivers an effortless Manly lifestyle.
While the home has an older character, it has been thoughtfully prepared for a comfortable stay and offers exceptional value in one of Sydney’s most desirable suburbs.

-No loud noise or outdoor gatherings after 9pm
-Please respect our neighbours — this is a quiet residential street
-No smoking inside
-No pets unless approved
-Please keep doors closed to avoid wildlife entering
-Pool is not heated and may have leaves due to surrounding trees
-Children must be supervised around the pool at all times
-No moving furniture without permission
-Please clean up any outdoor mess (BBQ, deck, pool area) after use
-Only registered guests allowed on the property
-Strict cancellation policy applies

-The home is older and some areas show signs of use
-Outdoor areas may collect leaves/dust between stays due to trees
-Security cameras monitor the outside only (for noise/party prevention)
