We had a very positive experience from day one. I reached out to the host several times with various questions, she was extremely prompt and responsive. I even made a minor error during my booking, and she was extremely accommodating and helpful. There were tiny things that needed to be addressed in the unit, but she was very proactive and I feel confident they will be taken care of.The location was the main reason for selecting this unit, and it did not disappoint. It’s on a cute old school city block, in the jewelry District. It felt very safe, clean and wasn’t too busy. There was super limited street parking, but it was never available, and it wasn’t overnight, but one block away is a very accessible parking garage (no in and out) but good to park and leave. Within walking distance are a few restaurants, coffee shops and WAWA. You are literally one block away from independence Hall, the liberty Bell, and under 10 minutes from the museum of the American Revolution. A lot of the other museums, the Rocky statue, the boat row waterfront are a lot further away, but we took a quick Uber ride. The unit itself was stocked with basic amenities for use of the kitchen, toiletries in the bathroom, extra toilet paper and enough towels for our needs. It was cutely decorated, and was a comfortable space to retreat to. Accessing the building, and the unit itself were a breeze. The instructions were clear, Wi-Fi was provided and host was responsive.
