Bay Breeze House is a freshly refurbished 3BR, 2-bath retreat in Capel Sound, sleeping 6 guests. Inside, enjoy a modern kitchen, spacious open-plan living, and split system heating/cooling for year-round comfort. Outside, two driveways make it perfect for boats or jetskis. Just minutes from the beach, shops, and local dining, this welcoming home blends coastal charm with convenience—ideal for families or groups seeking a relaxed getaway.

Our properties are self-catering. Please refer to the following information so you know what is included and what is not:

Included:

Linen:
• Bed Linen including duvet covers, fitted sheets and pillowcases. (Not flat sheets)
• One bath towel per person.
• Hand towels in the bathroom
• T towels for the kitchen

A starter pack in including:
• 4 x toilet roles per toilet
• Hand soap
• Dishwasher tablets (where a dishwasher is provided)
• Washing up liquid for hand washing dishes

What is not included:
• Flat sheets
• Beach or pool towels
• Coffee pods. Where a coffee pod machine is provided, please bring your favourite pods.
• Pantry provisions such as oil, salt, pepper or perishables.
• Face clothes/washers
• Shampoo and conditioner.
• Wood for Fires and Firepits where applicable.
