While allowing effortless flow out to a wide covered balcony offering spectacular ocean views and the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The gourmet kitchen is complete with stone counter tops, island bench and designer appliances, including induction cooktop with undermount rangehood, wall oven, built-in microwave, double door fridge/freezer and fully integrated dishwasher.
Guests are accommodated in two bedrooms, the master with king bed, balcony access, ocean views, resort-style ensuite with rainfall showerhead and walk in wardrobe. The second king bedroom is complete with air conditioning, ceiling fan, built in wardrobe and is adjacent to the main bathroom.
Additional features of this stylish vacation apartment include outdoor BBQ, audio security system, secure undercover parking, air conditioning, a six-seater outdoor lounge table and fully equipped laundry. Guests can also enjoy the use of a large private garden and recreational oasis complete with resort pool and barbeque facilities, along with a versatile luxury VIP room, creating the perfect venue for entertaining or relaxation during their stay.

Pets & Smoking – Pets are welcome only at approved pet-friendly properties, and smoking is strictly prohibited inside.
Care & Cleanliness – Please treat the home with care, report any damage immediately, and leave it tidy upon departure.
Rubbish & Parking – Dispose of rubbish in provided bins and park only in designated areas.
