Waterfront: Located directly on the Knapps Narrows, with private dock and water views from the main living and bedroom areas and yard.
Pool: Private outdoor pool on the waterside of the home; open seasonally from May 22 - October 15. Open earlier upon request (additional fee may be required for early opening). Call for more information. Pool towels available.
Dock: Private dock with two slips available for guest use on Knapps Narrows, suitable for small boats and kayaks.
Water Toys: 2 kayaks available for guest use; guests should bring properly sized life jackets or arrange local rentals.
Solo Stove Smokeless Fire Pit: Outdoor fire pit in the yard with seating areas facing the water, ideal for evenings by the Narrows. Guests responsible for wood.
Grill: Napoleon Pro propane grill available on the deck/patio; propane provided.
Outdoor Living: Deck/patio with outdoor umbrellas, seating and dining, plus a private yard between the house, pool, and waterfront.
Parking: Free on‑site parking in the driveways for multiple vehicles.
