Set on one of Dawesville’s peaceful residential streets, this modern home blends comfort with contemporary style. Enjoy morning coffee overlooking the estuary, lazy afternoons by the pool, and evenings of friendly competition around the pool table. With generous living spaces, natural light, and seamless flow to the outdoors, it’s the ideal setting to unwind, connect, and make lasting memories.

Guest`s have full access to the house and private pool. There is no guest access to the garage.

A car is recommended to make the most of your stay, but there is public transport nearby. The closest Transperth bus stop is approximately a 6‑minute walk from the property. These buses connect you to Mandurah, making it fairly easy to visit its shopping, dining and train station without driving.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to fill out our check-in form where you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport before being provided with your arrival instructions.
