Pool heating is available upon request for $65 per night or $400 per week from October to April.
*Please let us know at least 24 hours before arrival so we can ensure the pool is heated to an optimal temperature.

★ HOUSE RULES – PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING ★

1️⃣ No Smoking Indoors
Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the home. Outdoor areas may be used for smoking.
Any evidence of indoor smoking will result in a $1,000 remediation fee.

2️⃣ No Parties or Events - Quiet hours 11PM - 7AM
Parties, events, or large unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited.
Violations result in immediate removal without refund and a $2,000 penalty fee.

3️⃣ Pet Friendly
✔ Up to 2 dogs (under 25 lbs)
✔ $150 cleaning fee per pet.
✔ Larger dogs require prior approval.
✔ Unauthorized pets or policy violations will result in additional cleaning and damage fees.

4️⃣ Pool & Hot Tub Safety
- No diving
- No glass near the pool or hot tub
- Do not tamper with any pool or hot tub controls
- Shower before entering
- Children must be supervised at all times

5️⃣ Registered Guests Only
All guests must be listed on the reservation. Unregistered guests will incur a $50 per person, per night fee.

6️⃣ Safety devices to ensure a safe environment for everyone
- Ring video doorbell at the front door
- Blink cameras at the driveway and backyard
- Minut Noise Monitor in the living room
- Cameras cover exterior areas only.
- Tampering is not permitted.

7️⃣ Check-In / Check-Out
Early check-in/late check-out can only be confirmed 1 day before to respect cleaning schedules. If available, the fee is $50/hour.
